Moreover, if the watch is a certified Master Chronometer, it will not be affected by magnetic fields. By placing a magnet close to the timepiece, you can easily detect if it is authentic or not. On short times, 5/10 min intervals, the watch stay accurate. Around the 20 min mark, I've noticed the watch gains the +1/2 min making it inaccurate. Is this a common/known issue or is this a problem with the watch?I'll wind em when I wear them and hopefully extend service intervals or give the few parts that do eventually break (like a mainspring) a longer lease on life.
