I've read a couple posts about creationwatches as a grey-market retailer, and found virtually zero negativity about them. Pretty much every bit of information I managed to find about them (including older posts on this sub) describe them as 100% legit.
Creation watches have been EXTREMELY unhelpful. I have sent over 10 emails in the past month and they are still refusing to give me a refund. I have been told to complete a "damage report form" which doesn't exist. The Royal Mail said that only senders can complete a claim and international parcels are not eligible anyway. A quick search here or a Google will provide all you need to know. They are pretty clear on the box. Also that they sell gray market watches. You'll get a legit watch, new and unused, which is better than some less respectable gray dealers. I’d like to know if they are legit and how they can sell watches for this cheap. Here is the link to the website https://www.creationwatches.com/mindex.php. They are legit. I bought a Bambino from them about a year ago. I think the prices are so cheap as there is no tax included.
